Why use sun bed Accelerator products?
Your skin is designed to deflect U.V rays away from it's surface; this is one way your skin protects itself from over exsposure to U.V light. The drier your skin the better it is a deflecting U.V rays. Thats one of the reasons that it's more difficult to tan your shins.
Accelerator creams work by moisurising your skin which then reduces the amount of U.V that is deflected away from you. This means that your minutes spent on a sun bed are more productive and you tan more quickly.
You will still tan safely as long as you follow the advice given by your salon regarding tanning times.
The creams are specialy formulated to help protect against wrinkles and fine lines. They will not react with the U.V light and irritate your skin, which is likely to happen if you just use a normal moisturiser.
